Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team at DreamNurture HR Consultancy. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing company data to provide valuable insights and improve decision-making processes. This is a full-time position based in Borivali, Maharashtra, India, and requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS functions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS functions or a similar role
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, Microsoft PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets
• Experience in preparing and presenting MIS reports
• Knowledge of data mining techniques and data analysis methodologies
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems will be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data requirements and identify areas for data collection and analysis
• Design and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of company information
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues
• Generate and distribute accurate and timely MIS reports to key stakeholders
• Present findings and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
• Perform data mining and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth
• Develop and implement data visualization techniques to effectively present complex information
• Support ad-hoc data requests and provide data-driven support to various departments
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in MIS and data analysis
