Job Overview

This role focuses on advanced data management with expert-level Excel skills. Responsibilities include data validation, collation, and creating tailored reports for large MNCs and FMCG companies, integrating data from various sources, handling large and complex datasets, and creating client presentations. Good communication skills and the ability to understand and address client requirements are essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience of 5+ years

• Everyday usage of Advanced Excel skills is a must (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Count if, Sum if, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree required. PG / MBA will be an advantage

• Good Communication skills. Both verbal and written.

• Experience in FMCG companies

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Expert level proficiency in Advanced Excel. Prior experience of working with BI tools like Power BI will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in data management - data validation, data collation & creating customized reports and presentations (daily, weekly, monthly and fortnightly) for large MNC’s and FMCG companies.
• Proficiency in integrating data from diverse sources (SQL databases, Excel files, Cloud services) will be an added advantage.
• Experience of FMCG market, product category, brands, SKUs, distribution etc. will be a distinct advantage
• Ability to handle large data sets (large excel files both in terms of rows and columns) & complex data structures
• Data interpretation & report writing
• Good Communication skills. Both verbal and written.
• Creating client presentation using graphical and tabular representation of data.
• Understand client’s requirements and problems.
