Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our team at Dreamcast headquartered in Jaipur. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their success with our innovative event management solutions. The primary objective is to drive client satisfaction and retention within our rapidly growing team.

  • Cross-selling skills will be beneficial in identifying additional business opportunities with existing clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of key clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Act as a main point of contact for client queries and concerns and provide prompt solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to align client initiatives.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes and ensure a seamless transition to our solutions.
  • Monitor client activity and analyze performance to identify areas of improvement or success.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our services to clients.
  • Gather feedback from clients to enhance our product offerings and client experiences.
  • Ensure high client retention rates by nurturing relationships and exceeding expectations.
