WordPress Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining WordPress websites. You will collaborate with various teams to create responsive and high-performing websites that meet our clients’ needs. Salary Package: ₹3LPA to ₹5LPA

• Fixed Component: ₹2LPA to ₹3LPA
• Variable Component: ₹1LPA to ₹2LPA (Performance-based incentives)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new features and functionalities for WordPress websites.
• Establish and guide the website’s architecture to ensure high performance and availability.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and visually appealing designs.
• Integrate and configure plugins and themes to enhance website functionality.
• Optimize website performance for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.
• Conduct regular updates, backups, maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure website security and data protection.
• Work with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the development industry and advancements in technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer. (Freelance work/Case Studies will also do)
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with WordPress themes and plugins development.
• Familiarity with website architecture and SEO best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
