Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telemarketer with strong geographical knowledge to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should excel in achieving daily high-quality conversations, demonstrating strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, and possess a deep understanding of customer needs. This role involves scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and effectively converting prospects into site visits.


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Achieve daily call targets of 30-40 calls while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Engage potential customers to understand their requirements and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
  • Schedule appointments for site visits, coordinating with customer availability and interest.
  • Follow up with leads through calls and emails to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
  • Graduate in any field.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (both spoken and written).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively tailor product or service pitches accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
