Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and market trends.
- Build relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable construction solutions.
- Coordinate with the in-house team to create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Provide regular reports on business development progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages for effective communication with clients.
- Two-wheeler and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify new opportunities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
