Business Development Manager - Bidding Portal

EXP > 3 years of expericae as BDM or team lead in IT company and over all more than 5 year of exp in IT sales department for market place

Skill/Quality Good communication , Can handle of team of Sr and Jr BDE team of 10-15 pps

Should be able to handle lead generation team under him

Must have experience with bidding portals like guru Upwork, freelancer, pph, etc. • Must be able to handle the client from Inquiry to closure • Must have a technical understanding of the services we are selling • Should be a target-oriented Person • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills Required Skills for Both Profiles • Good Team building and team management skills. • Passionate about sales • Excellent knowledge of business deals & negotiation • Bidding Portals • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
