Expertise in Shopify Liquid template language

•   Expert in Shopify APIs (Admin API and Storefront API), usage and webhooks

•   Build Custom Shopify APP’s

•   Integrate third-party applications and plugins to enhance store functionality

•   Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

•   Help formulate an effective, responsive design and turn it into a working theme 

•   REST API/GraphQL knowledge

•   Collaborate with designers, developers, project managers and clients to estimate work hours and deliver high-quality projects on time

•   Mange junior developers and their output quality. Train the team on Shopify platform and web development best practices

•   Experience in Shopify Theme development

•   Background in Product modelling and configuration via Shopify Admin

•   Understanding of Product, Discount, Order APIs and customizations using the APIs

•   Awareness of the Marketing Events, Discounts, Gift Cards and their configurations in Shopify

•   Experience with Shopify instance management and configuration

•   Knowledge in data migration and synchronization between Shopify instances

•   Experience with code version/ branching tools like Git/SVN

•   Good knowledge in AJAX/jQuery

•   Usage of Shopify CLI or similar code push methodology experience

•   Prior experience with product/Customer/Order import Export management

•   Front-End (most are required) : React, HTML 5.0, CSS, JavaScript. Knowledge of Shopify's liquid language, Shopify Theme development experience, or directly transferable experience from similar languages and an aptitude to quickly learn Liquid. Experience working on a live front-end for a high revenue-grossing e-commerce store strongly recommended.

•   Back-End: Visual Basic, phpMyAdmin / MySQL, Firebase, JSON with vs-deploy and vs-rest-API. Familiarity with learning and communicating with third-party REST API web services.

•   Solid knowledge of performance Improvement best practices, A/B Testing, Conversion rate optimization

•   Experience in SEO/CRO, Implementing SEO/CRO best practices on Shopify websites, Google Analytics and Data & Pixel tracking
