Responsibilities:

1. Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing,

and customer support, to define project scope and deliverables

2. Create project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies, and ensure

that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

3. Monitor project progress and provide real-time/regular status updates to stakeholders

4. Use tools like Notion, Coda, and Jira to track business tasks and get statuses from

tech ticketing systems.

5. Integration experience of tools like Notion/Coda with JIRA is highly preferred.

6. Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop and

implement mitigation strategies

7. Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors as needed to ensure project

success

8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting and acting on feedback from

stakeholders

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for project management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, project management, or a related field

2. Agile/Scrum project management certifications preferred

3. 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience managing projects in

a software development or technology environment

4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including

agile and scrum

5. Experience using tools like Notion, Coda, Jira for tracking business tasks and getting

statuses from tech ticketing systems preferred

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Strong leadership and team management skills

8. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

9. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality
