• Ensure proper cash handling, including deposits and balancing cash registers.
• Track and report store performance metrics, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
• Manage loss prevention and security measures to minimize shrinkage.
