Responsibilities: 

·     Develop and implement the Fintech strategic plan.

·     Oversee daily operations and program management.

·     Represent the company to clients, partners, and the public, creating a positive first impression for everyone

·     Report to and work closely with the directors, Prepare and present reports

·     Represent the company at community events and meetings.

·     Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.

·     Coordinate marketing and public relations efforts.

·     Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

·     Ensure transparency and accountability in all operations.

·     Oversee the development and implementation of new programs for Women's empowerment

·     Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions

·     Establishing a vision for the department, and making key business decisions

·     Setting strategic objectives, allocating resources, and developing business strategies 

·     Improving operational efficiencies and putting plans into motion to support the livelihood generation programs
