Job Overview
The Travel Consultant position at DEFT ORGANIZERS PVT LTD is a full-time, mid-level role located in Noida. We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and consultancy related to travel packages, and will be integral in improving our customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a travel consultancy role with a minimum of 4 years industry experience.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in creating outbound travel packages for diverse clientele.
- Exceptional sales skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Comprehensive understanding of travel agency operations, systems, and best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various client requests.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality travel experiences.
- Proficient in using travel reservation software and systems to book and manage travel arrangements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on travel destinations, attractions, and necessary travel documents for planning trips.
- Design and sell outbound travel packages tailored to the specific needs and preferences of individual clients.
- Collaborate with partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the best deals and services for clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution approaches.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive offerings to better serve clients.
- Manage the travel booking process, ensuring all reservations are accurate and conducted timely.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the agency.
Salary Range: INR 20000 - INR 25000
