High-pressure die-casting background is mandatory

Responsibilities:

1.     Good communication skill and Good active Team Player, Participant and lead.

2.     Reporting to duty as earlier as possible on time rather late to duty.

3.     Ensure maximum availability days in order to deliver Management requirements without any interruption.

4.     Should have learning, adaption, Observation, Problem solving technique, Supervisor, Hands of work, man power handling skills.

5.     Adherence about daily KPI parameters and keep achieving it.

6.     Adherence to OEE and should focus on reduction or elimination machine idle time issues.

7.     Ensure, adhere and strictly follow and update the implemented Production documents and In process checking systems are alive like Alloy checking, furnace cleaning schedule, procedure and monitoring board updating, Die coat ratio according to each casting requirement, Die cooling circuit and systems, die temperature monitoring, metal temperature and cleanliness monitoring, Preheating of runners and Ingots before charging during melting or while running.

8.     Ensure Production achieved to set Hourly and shift target and rejection percentage maintain within department or Management set target and update hourly in communication group.

9.     Should be active in focus of reducing rejection in all various products of company.

10. Should be in focus of productivity improvements by reducing ideal time of machines in die setting, cleaning, Start - up and reducing rejection.

11. Should ensure that each product is running with proven settings and parameter rather no deviation in process parameters made without prior permission.

12. Ensure Process parameters maintained within derived specs in order to maintain rejection target.

13. Should be active in focus of monitoring process parameters on hourly and daily basis in all various products of company.

15. Should record changes in process and production flow in process data sheets and ensure same is updated in Shot setting sheet in order to repeat same in every loading and avoid rejections.

16. All changes should be conveyed to team members throughout department thru training record and ONE POINT LESSON documents.

17. Any changes in casting setting process should be captured in 3W1H format to record reason for changes and get approval.

18. Responsible for all actions in shop floor in aspects of Production, Quality, rejection and systematic documentations related to Production department.

19. Responsible for maintaining Quality in all products of company and work standards.

20. Should focus on continual improvements based on problems occur and present KAIZEN min 1 a week.

21. Should have and develop problem solving techniques and special tools.

22. Responsible for maintaining production spares requirements and consumables like furnace cleaning tools, LPG cylinder for preheating, N2 cylinder, Plunger tip, ejection rod, plunger rod, ladle cups, shot beads, ladle coat, plunger oil, start-up oil. Ensure optimum stocks are maintained.

23. Should be focused on cost control in consumable usages related to production like Shot beads, die coat consumption, plunger oil, plunger tip life, shot sleeve life, Die start - up oil, Ladle coat, Water leakage, oil leakage.

24. Should adhere and know stores procedures like indenting consumables, raw materials and checking same while receiving particularly alloys.

25. Responsible for Shop floor 5s maintained and spares placed according to usage.

26. Responsible for Shop floor maintenance and housekeeping.

27. Responsible for Shop floor safety practise, wastage, oil, air, water and metal leakages.
