Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) to join our team at Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd. (Doctor Soap). As a TSI, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales in the assigned territory. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the FMCG industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Incharge or a similar role in the FMCG industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
