Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd. (Doctor Soap). As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established health hygiene brand and contribute to its growth in the FMCG industry. The position is full-time and requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The job location is Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing administrative support and coordinating sales activities
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and sales activity logs
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Tracking the goals of each team member of the sales team
- Coordinating with the software team for any issue
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation
