We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and committed to take up new challenge and to manage our procurement process, which involves:

• Finding manufacturers, getting quotes, negotiating prices, and building strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinating orders, tracking shipments, managing delivery timelines, and handling all related documentation.
• Assisting with export procedures, including understanding trade regulations, logistics, and customs clearance.
• Developing a strong understanding of our pharmaceutical products, especially anti-cancer medications.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Background: Graduate or Post Graduate degree. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in operations, logistics, or procurement is preferred. Experience with pharmaceuticals is a plus.
• Skills: 

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Availability: Must be able to work from our office during specified hours.
• Location: South Delhi or able to commute to South Delhi.
