Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally-ERP 9, GST return filing, and basic accounting principles, along with strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:

• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally-ERP 9.
• Manage purchase book, sales book, and expense vouchers.
• Prepare and post debit and credit notes.

1. Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and file GST returns.
• Generate e-way bills as required.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of TDS returns.

1. Banking and Reconciliation:

• Handle banking tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, and account management.
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly.

1. Invoicing:

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for invoicing.

1. Coordination Tasks:

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related queries.
• Provide support to senior management as needed.

1. Data Management:

• Maintain and update spreadsheets and records in MS Excel and Word.
• Generate financial reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally-ERP 9 and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
