Job description:-

Role & Responsibilities:

• Will be working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc (Healthcare Nursing)
• Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse,Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager)
• Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle forHealthcare clients in the US.
• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on variousskills set as per the job specifications.
• Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of theclient and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
• Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
• Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual recruitment.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for DirectClients in the US.
• Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualifiedcandidates through various job portals and networking websites.
• Responsible for handling different types of healthcare requirements
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
• Working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements on a day today basis.
