Full-time remote, on-site, or hybrid positions


We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum 2 years to 7 years experience in the IT (Information Technology) industry to establish and maintain long-term relationships with domestic as well as international clients. Bidding on Freelancer / Upwork / Fiverr, Proposal Making, Negotiation, Client Communication, and Project Management.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Candidate should have prior BDE / BDM experience in the Software Development Company (Mobile & Web).
  • Generating business through Online Bidding from various freelancing portals like Upwork, GURU, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, etc.
  • Generating new business through Professional Networking sites like LinkedIn, Angel List, Meetup etc.
  • Generating leads from international markets like UAE, USA, UK, using Mass Emailing and Cold Calling.
  • Generate leads from the domestic markets.
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Self-motivated to meet sales targets regularly.
  • Generate sales reports and statistics.
  • Must be able to generate Leads through the bidding portal.
  • Must be able to handle the client from Inquiry to closure.
  • Must have a Technical understanding of the services we are selling.
  • Should be a target-oriented Person.
  • Should have knowledge on writing technical cover letters.
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Proper knowledge of proposal writing.
  • The candidate having experience with client communication, Follow-ups and Negotiation will be a plus.
  • Should have IT Background experience.
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals. Ensure that terms and conditions are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
