We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Lecturer in Prosthodontics to join our esteemed institution. As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a crucial role in educating and training dental students in the field of prosthodontics. Your expertise and experience in prosthodontics will contribute to the academic and clinical growth of our students and ensure the delivery of high-quality education.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive lectures, tutorials, and practical demonstrations to undergraduate and postgraduate students in prosthodontics.
• Design and develop course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments, in alignment with the curriculum and educational objectives.
• Provide hands-on clinical supervision and guidance to students during laboratory sessions, clinical procedures, and patient management.
• Facilitate and participate in small group discussions, case-based learning, and problem-solving exercises.
• Conduct student assessments, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
• Foster an inclusive and interactive learning environment that promotes student engagement, critical thinking, and ethical practices.
• Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and presentations related to prosthodontics.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in prosthodontics and dental technology to enhance teaching methodologies and student learning experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental meetings, committees, and other administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Prosthodontics or a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 0-3 years of teaching experience in prosthodontics at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
• Proven expertise and practical experience in prosthodontic procedures, including complete dentures, fixed and removable partial dentures, and implant-supported prosthesis.
• Proficiency in the latest prosthodontic techniques, materials, and digital dentistry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and mentor students.
• Ability to foster a positive learning environment and inspire students to excel in prosthodontics.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development, continuous learning, and research in the field of prosthodontics.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations and a track record of publications or presentations is advantageous.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month depending upon experience
