Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: [State Capital/Major industrial towns]

Reports to: Sales Head


Job Summary: As a Sales Manager, your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:  Identify potential customers and generate leads for business 2. Sales Presentation:  Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.

3. Client Relationship Management:  Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service.

4. Sales Target Achievement:  Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.

5. Market Research:  Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Minimum travel of 20-25 days per month.

6. Reporting and Documentation:  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports

7. Collaboration:  Work with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.

8. Overdue management  Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period.


Qualifications and Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.

 Proven sales experience of 5 to 10 years in handling Industrial customers  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

 Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus.


Kindly Note:  Target customer –Cement, steel, metal, automobile. Oil & gas, power generation, transmission, distribution(Heavy engineering)

 Dealing With- Electrical , Department, Utilities Department ,Maintains ,mechanical.
