Job Title: Business Development Executive (06 to 1 year Exp) (Work from Office only )

Location: Bangalore (local candidates only)

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Business Development Manager

 

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Instead of identify new markets, make it identify new prospects

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking events.

Client Engagement: Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective.

Sales Support: Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and current information on prospects and clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development activities with overall company goals.



Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.



Qualifications:

Education: should be master's in marketing and sales.


Skills Set:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
