Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any graduation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiarity with operating systems, networks, and software applications
Candidate must be flexible with shifts
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
Must have excellent communication skills
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex issues to senior technical support analysts
Collaborate with other teams to resolve client issues effectively
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Contribute to the development of support resources and knowledge base
5 days Working
Day and Night (Both shifts are available )
Cab Facilities (Girls and boys)
salary 18-23K in hand
