We are hiring a Social Media Specialist to join our team at Ditinus™ Technology Private Ltd. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to improve brand awareness and drive engagement. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in content creation and copywriting

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create and publish engaging content, such as text, image, and video posts
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner
• Analyze social media data and generate insights to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Track and report on social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and social media partners
