Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content calendars, including writing and editing engaging social media posts.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance using various analytics tools and dashboards.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into the social media strategy.
• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Engage and interact with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Generate reports on key social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry news and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
