Job Overview

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced SEO-Team Lead to join our team at Ditinus™ Technology Private Ltd. As an SEO-Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of SEO specialists, implementing effective SEO strategies, and driving organic traffic to our clients' websites. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Mohali, Punjab, India. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of success
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Certifications in SEO or digital marketing will be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and support
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure effective SEO strategies
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO metrics and performance
• Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay informed about the latest SEO techniques and best practices
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, if required
