Job Title: Online Bidder

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Online Bidder to join our team and assist in the procurement of projects through online bidding platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and effectively communicating with clients to secure projects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential projects and clients through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
• Prepare and submit well-crafted proposals tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
• Communicate with clients via email, chat, or other communication channels to clarify project details and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal preparation.
• Maintain a database of clients, projects, and proposals for future reference and analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT, software development, or digital marketing industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and project management tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of basic project management principles is a plus.
