Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Ditinus™ Technology Private Ltd. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to support our clients' needs. The role is based in Mohali, Punjab, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring IT professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and understand the hiring needs of our clients
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills
