We are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT Recruiter to join our team at Ditinus™ Technology Private Ltd. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top IT talent to meet the company's hiring needs. Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions within tight timelines
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
  • Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source and attract top IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to ensure a competitive edge
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract top talent
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function
