As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top IT talent to meet the company's hiring needs. Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions within tight timelines
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
- Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field
- Certifications in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and attract top IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to ensure a competitive edge
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract top talent
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function
