Job Overview

Full-Time Inside Sales / Lead Generation role in Mohali, Punjab, India. Junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries
• Reach out to prospects via phone(Cold calling), email, chat, and social media platforms
• Present product/service offerings to potential clients and explain the benefits
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team targets
• Prepare reports on lead generation activities and sales performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis
