Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for the required positions.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate the negotiation process, including salary discussions and offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and candidates' progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment practices to enhance the hiring process.
