We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our team at Ditinus Technology Private Ltd. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods for our clients. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the freight brokerage industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Freight Broker
- Strong knowledge of the freight brokerage industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using transportation management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods for clients
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shipping agents
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and shipping agents
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
