• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
• Basic knowledge of computers and software applications
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is desirable but not mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
• Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport and maintaining positive relationships
• Update customer information in the database to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
• Maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
