We are hiring for our BPO client.
Position: Customer Service Executive (Banking Process)
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Qualification: Graduated
Languages Required: English + Hindi
Experience: 6 Month experience in Banking Inbound Customer support + 1 years’ experience in any customer support
Shift: Day rotational + 2 rotational weeks off
Salary: CTC 4LPA
Skill Set:
• Exceptional Problem solving and analysing skills.
• The candidate should be Energetic and confident over the call.
• The tone of voice should be Clear and good in English & Hindi.
• Must be capable to handle Customer Calls and queries.
• Have Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Excellent spoken Communication Skills.
• Active and efficient candidate having zeal to explore career in voice process.
• 2 dose Vaccination is Mandatory for interview.
