Position: Customer Support
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Qualification: Graduate
Salary: 23,000 to 25,000 CTC
Language: English + Hindi mandatory
Experience: Fresher or 1 year exp in CSE
Shift: 6 days working, 1 day rotational off
Work Schedule: 8am to 8pm ( 9hrs work only )

Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Updating customer records accurately in the database
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely customer issue resolution
