We are hiring with our client for BPO sector:-
Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
Qualification: Graduation
Language: Hindi and English
Experience: Min 1-year exp
Shift: 6 days working, 1 Week Off (Day Shift)
Salary: 23,000 to 25,000 CTC
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle voice process queries and escalations efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service through voice interactions
- Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets
