Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process & Chat Process)
Location: WFH
Qualification: Graduate
Salary: 17,000k to 20,000k CTC
Language: Fluent English and Hindi
Experience: Fresher to 6 months
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their queries and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues by engaging the appropriate resources or departments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the company.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep updated with the company's products, services, and promotions for effective support delivery.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and suggest process enhancements.
