We are hiring with our client for BPO sector :-
Position: Customer Support (Banking Process)
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Qualification: Graduation
Language: English and Tamil, Malayalam
Experience: 18 months ( Min 6 months in Banking Customer Support )
Shift: 5 day working, 2 Rotational Week Off ( Day Shift)
Salary: 33,000 CTC
#Immidiate Joiner with Good Communication Skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for banking processes
- Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English
- Address customer queries and issues promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
