Position: Customer Support
Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1-year Exp in Sales
Language: English, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada
Salary: 26,000 CTC
Shift: 6 days working, 1 rotational-off
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to meet sales targets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and achieve targets
