We are hiring with our client in BPO Sector.
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts between 8 AM to 9 PM, 6 Days a Week
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year of BPO Experience
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Hindi
Role and Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in English and Hindi.
· Provide excellent customer service & support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, & ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals and targets.
· Adapt to different shift timings and rotational schedules as per company requirements.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO/customer service role.
· Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
· Ability to handle calls and resolve issues in a professional manner.
· Flexibility to work rotational shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
Preferred Skills:
· Previous experience in handling customer service in a BPO setting.
· Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
