Position: Customer Support Executive ( Chat Support )
Location: WFH
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1 year exp in BPO
Language: English
Salary: 20,000 CTC
- Shift: 6 days working, 1 rotational-offf
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat support
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers
- Maintain professionalism and positivity in all interactions
- Multi-task to handle multiple customer chats simultaneously
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer support
