We are hiring for :-
Position: Customer Support (Voice & Chat )
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Qualification: 12th or Graduate
Experience: Fresher to 1 year in BPO or 6 months in any other field
Language: English
Salary: 18,000 TO 23,000 CTC
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance and support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information and resolve issues or complaints.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Utilize effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Multi-task between handling multiple chat sessions while maintaining quality service.
- Listen actively to customer needs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize and address urgent customer needs promptly.
- Demonstrate adaptability in responding to changing customer inquiries and situations.
