Designation: Associate Manager - Finance & Accounts
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 7-10 years
CTC: Upto 6-9 LPA
Education: CA-inter /M.COM
Past Experience: In Startups
Requirements:
· CA Inter or M Com is a must
· 7-10 years’ experience in accounting, processing payments (CMS banking portals) and filing GST/ TDS returns and other payroll compliances is a must.
· Proficient in MS Excel, Word and good exposure in MS Office tools
· Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
· Should have managed Payments in the past, must have sound experience of preparing payment files/ batches and operating CMS banking portals of different banks.
· Must have deep understanding and hands on experience in Accounts Payable process,
· Assisting in Statutory audits and Monthly reporting
· Sound knowledge of and practical experience of ESI/ PF/ PT and other payroll compliances
· Monthly and quarterly statutory filings - GST, TDS etc
· Support business in applying different licenses and ensure timely completion of Labour Law compliances related activities.
