This Position is for our Reputed Client, a Well Known Listed Company ,i.e.- Rossari Biotech Ltd. based in Mumbai

Job Overview:-

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a ' Product Stewardship Executive/Manager/Department,' responsible for managing the Environment, Health & Safety aspects of All Rossari products ( RBL/Unitop/Tristar) .

 The role involves overseeing these aspects throughout the entire life cycle of the products, and entails close collaboration with both upstream and downstream users of the product. 

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Keep real-time update on regulatory requirements and support R&D, Operations and Sales Teams to ensure compliance
2. Proactively work with external and internal stakeholders to present Rossari as a front runner in environmental compliance and facilitate approvals / enlisting wherever required
3. Play a pivotal role to ensure R&D and Manufacturing Plants adopt state of the art processes for traceability and regulatory compliance to meet requirements of key customers, brands & retailers as well as independent ecology bodies
4.  Creation of documents related to regulatory compliance of Rossari products and raw materials. (Ensure legally compliant reports based on product and raw material data and their components)
5.  Creation and issuance of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and other product safety related declarations/ certificates to our customers globally (Create and update safety data sheets and other product safety statements globally for our customers)
6.  Evaluation and maintenance of product safety relevant data in systems (Evaluation, maintaining and archiving of the product safety relevant data)
7. Monitoring regulatory changes globally and incorporating the changes in Rossari systems (Analyzing of regulatory changes)
8. Support the continuous optimization of our global processes

Compliance Management:

1. Understand and stay updated on regulatory requirements and restricted substances usage of RSL, MRSL, ZDHC, GOTS, Eco-Tex, REACH, Blue Sign etc.
2. Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing Plants and Technical Service Teams to ensure that all documentation processes to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance for requirements of different stakeholders are always in place. 
3. Enforce compliance through rigorous audit processes with the help of internal and external audit partners
4. Engagement with external partners:
5. Regularly participate in external conferences, stake-holder meetings to understand, update and present Rossari as a ‘responsible’ partner
6. Engage with Regulatory Bodies such as Eco-Tex, ZDHC, REACH and Compliance Teams of Brands & Retailers to understand changes and promote Rossari

Documentation and Certification:

1. Update regulatory data for raw materials and MSDS
2. Ensure updation and quick response to certification requirements of various stakeholders such as customers, Brands & Retailers etc
3. Create and publish promotional material on Rossari products with respect to environmental compliance
4. Ensure accurate data is available on product labels in line with GLM formats

Innovation:

1. Understand ecological trends and provide input to product development. 
2. Ensure that ecological requirements for products are accurately captured in the Innovation Process

Training:

1. Conduct regular training to sales teams, Dealers and Customers on regulatory requirements to help them stay updated

Qualifications:- 

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Science/Biotechnology ,Preferably MBA with Marketing Specialization

Skills:-  Communication_ Oral & written, Analytical, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Risk Management, Collaboration

Experience:-  Minimum  5-6 Years in Managing Compliances & stewardship in Large Companies, Preferably in Chemicals.

CTC Range- 18- 20 LPA( Can be More for Relevant Industry Experience)
