This vacancy is for our Client, a Reputed Listed Company who is amongst one of India's leading textile and specialty chemical manufacturers.

Job Overview :

We are looking for an ideal candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and prior experience in Personal Care , API Pharma & Agrochemicals based industry with a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and data analytics, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions to support the company's growth objectives.

Job Description:

●    Lead the design and implementation of effective business processes and also conduct thorough analysis of the same.

●    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyses business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.

●    Prepare comprehensive business reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

●    Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.

Desired Education:

●    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance

●    MBA preferred

Desired Skill set :

●    Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and user level knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Zoho, Power BI).

●    Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage

Desired Experience :

●    Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a minimum of 3-5 years, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.

●    Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
