A real estate sales manager manages a sales team and is responsible for achieving sales goals for a real estate. Their responsibilities include:
· Leadership: Hiring, training, and coaching sales agents
· Sales strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales goals
· Sales targets: Setting sales targets for individuals and the team
· Tracking goals: Meeting with agents regularly to track goals
· Team meetings: Conducting team meetings
· Agent support: Providing resources and support to agents to help them sell or lease properties
· Client communication: Communicating with clients to help close sales or facilitate purchases
· Marketing: Implementing marketing strategies to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans
· Performance benchmarks: Setting performance benchmarks to hold the sales manager accountable
· Deal doctoring: Helping agents with issues that arise during transactions
