Job Overview:-

We are looking for a Smart & Experienced Candidate as Purchase executive

.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Analyzing purchase  Requisition for various construction for various construction materials 

Taking quotation from supplier

Negotiating  with suppliers 

Procurement planing, procurement of various materials

Timely procurement of required materials

Purchase order/worker order issue and follow up

Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of material

Maintain list of pending order

Maintaining due date of  suppliers payments list

Checking and signing of all sight suppliers including pdc payment

Closing purchase details and sending related documents  to account department for payment

Data entry of all the purchase  related documents

Correspondence with suppliers/contractor/accountant department regarding bills and payment

Qualification 

Any Graduate

4.Good bargaining power

5.Time management

6.Knowledge of Auto CAD
