About Client

This Vacancy is for our Reputed Client, a Listed Company based in Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

 They manufacture specialty chemicals, textile, and animal health and nutritional products. 

Qualifications and Skills

• · MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• · Proven ability to build relationships and guide teams which include representatives from multiple functional areas
• · Ability to manage project scope, budget, and schedule to achieve timely completion of project deliverables
• · Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and resolving conflicts within teams

Responsibilities:

· Drive product initiatives from concept through launch

· Develops marketing plans and market research.

· Owns revenue goals for his/her product line.

· Manages inventory, pricing, customer communications, and revenue forecasts.

· Manages worldwide supply, demand, revenue, margin, and pricing for product portfolio.

· Updates and presents forecasts regularly to management, finance, and manufacturing teams.

· Analyses market trends, customer requirements, and competitive strategy.

· Identifies opportunities for increasing customer and business value through product differentiation.

· Leads new product development process from concept through commercialization, including the voice of customer research, the definition of customer and product requirements and value proposition, managing product launches and sales training.

· Works collaboratively with other members of the team to drive growth for the business segment.

Candidate must have experience in chemical Industry.

CTC: 5 - 7 lacs Per Annum
