Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior HR Admin Support Executive in Bhiwandi for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations. This role involves supporting HR functions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing team coordination within the organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration and support functions.
  • Proficiency in employee relations to handle grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.
  • Understanding HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Experience in payroll management to handle employee wages, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines.
  • Excellent skills in onboarding new hires, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to address and manage workplace disputes effectively.
  • Proven team coordination abilities to support various HR projects and initiatives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Handle employee onboarding activities including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including managing employee data and resolving payroll issues.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate HR initiatives and projects efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee files, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs aimed at improving employee engagement and performance.
