Job Overview: 

Corporate Communication Manager must provide advice and leadership on all aspects of internal and external communications, and external agencies relations. They will manage corporate investor communications and social outreach programs, website, media relations and publications.

 The role requires a strong focus on strategies to increase visibility and influence, and to support the achievement of operational goals. Effective relationship-building, strategic communications and partnerships are key demands in this role.

Job Description : 

Developing strategies for both external and internal communication

Directing in-house and external graphic designers, photographers, and other media- production specialists integral to the completion of marketing projects.

Developing original, innovative editorial content for the company’s internal channels,ranging from written communications, such as intranet and social media updates, an

internal newsletter, HR announcements, video content and brand-driven campaigns

Regularly monitoring and evaluating the internal and external environment, identifying  risks and developing strategies and plans to proactively manage the image and reputation of business units and the company as a whole

Coordinating communications for the investor community including Annual Reports, quarterly results presentations, etc.

Developing communications policies and procedures that dovetail with an organization’s identity and promote the organization’s mission

Strategizing and implementing campaigns leveraging both traditional (collateral, print advertising, direct mail, etc.) and digital (social media, digital advertising, websites, email, etc.) marketing tactics.

Desired Education : 

MBA-  in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations,

Marketing, English, Business, Education, Communication

Desired Skill set : 

Experience providing strategic messaging counsel to all levels of the organisation, from board members and executives to influential individuals

Experience working with senior executives on crisis communications, internal

messaging, personnel issues, and other sensitive materials

Established relationships with highly respected media and analyst communities

Desired Experience:8+ years of related communications experience

CTC: 18-20 LPA ( Negotiable for Relevant Industry Experience)
